Faktor Alam ! .. kata kata itu selalu kita dengar jika suatu peristiwa alam menimpa negeri ini, akhir akhir ini serentetan kejadian kembali muncul, meletusnya Gunung Sinabung yang terletak di Tanah Karo Sumatera Utara, Gempa Bumi yang sudah tidak terhitung lagi jumlahnya, terakhir ambrolnya jl. RE Martadinata Jakarta Utara yang dulunya setiap hari saya lalui karena saya bermukim tidak jauh dari jalan raya ini.
"Faktor Kelalaian Manusia" sama sekali tidak masuk dalam daftar intropeksi diri para pemimpin negeri ini, terkait peristiwa amblesnya jl. RE Martadinana masih tidakkan menyadarkan diri kita, Jakarta semakin terancam tenggelam akibat eksploitasi air tanah yang berlebihan, ditambah naiknya permukaan air laut efek Global Warming saat ini, pembangunan berbagai kawasan industri, pemukiman penduduk dan pembangunan mall mall dan pusat hiburan, yang semakin banyak menggerus lahan hijau Jakarta.
Selamatkan Negeri Kami ! ... Negeri ini cepat atau lambat akan tenggelam, berapa kali lagi harus menunggu pergantian pemimpin hingga menemukan yang peduli dengan kondisi alam negeri ini ? ancaman efek negatif Global Warming yang disebut sebut 40 tahun mendatang akan ada 2000 pulau kita tenggelam jika tidak dari sekarang kita mulai merawatnya ! ...
Akan sia-siakah segala pencapaian prestasi pembagunan saat ini jika masanya kelak semua kebangggan itu terhapus dalam hitungan menit oleh air laut yang datang tiba tiba atau amblesnya sebagian Jakarta karena penggunaan air tanah yang berlebihan, amblesnya Kota Porong Sidoarjo karena semburan Lumpur Panas Lapindo yang tiada hentinya hingga saat ini, ratanya sebagian kota kota di Indonesia karena goncangan Gempa Bumi yang selalu mengancam setiap saat.
Wahai Pemimpin, jadilah yang terdepan memimpin kami untuk membenahi kondisi alam negeri ini sebelum terlambat !
